Policy on children staying with parents:

• Children 13 years and under can stay for free when sharing the same room with parents and using existing bedding.
• Baby cots are available at no additional charge (maximum 1 per room).
• Kids eat free policy A maximum of 2 children per room below 13 years can eat all meals absolutely free from the kids menu or kids buffet when occupying the same room with parents and using the existing bedding. The policy entitles children to the buffet breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, buffet or a la carte lunch from 12 noon to 2 pm and the children's buffet dinner from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm daily at Nukunuku Restaurant only.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation made 4 days or less prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night accommodation.
• No show will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night accommodation and cancelled thereafter.
• Unused room nights due to late check-in or early check-out are not refundable.
• In addition the the charges levied by Naviti Resort, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum of $50.
